 Overall  The Vitamix TurboBlend 4500  is a Great blender to start out with.  It is on the lower end of professional grade Blenders, but it is one of the most afforadable blenders on the market.  The Vitamix 5000 and vitamix 5200  are the same Blender as the 4500  the only diffrence is the variable speed control knob  and abotu $100 in price.
