During this process we must introduce foods in their most bio-available state; Foods which have the highest possible amounts of nutrients, minerals, and phyto-chemical content in order to cleanse and rebuild the cellular environment and integrity of the intestinal tract.
Also during this process it is extremely important to willfully introduce foods to your digestive tract that will purposefully help rebuild and replenish your friendly bacteria and enzymes. We recommend you continue to eat the foods you have always eaten in conjunction with our Micro Super Food smoothies and fermented living foods. Yet to say, just drink a smoothie a day through a 4 horse power blender with some powders in it and then continue to eat your “normal” diet would not only be self defeating to your purpose of moving towards an EcoAerobic Lifestyle but it would also be counter productive to the process of attaining complete intestinal symbiosis. It would be negligent on our part to suggest that a smoothie a day is all that you need to do to attain intestinal health and to do so would prolong your quest unnecessarily.
It is true, that when your ecology is properly balanced and the nutrient absorbing villous lining of your intestinal tract is fully functional, you will receive intuitive messages or prompts from the cells that will direct your food making decisions. You do not need to adhere to any advanced dietary principles unless your body directs you to, for it will tell you in a myriad of ways what you need cellularly and intestinally. At the same time, to attempt to give someone a blender, some seeds, some fruit, and green powder and then instruct them to continue to coast on anaerobic autopilot eating as they have been, while they are trying to rebuild three to five pounds of friendly bacteria in the intestines is absolutely self nihilistic to all of our efforts. When the advancement of society became industrial and the masses could not afford the time to grow their own food it led to the necessity and demand for commercially processed food. This added more fuel to the mycotoxic (fungal) war taking place in the gut of every man, woman, and child. Processed food, bodies literally starving for nutrients, and disease have become the status quo and accepted as the norm without thought by most people.
Between the land being stripped of the beneficial organisms and minerals through commercial cultivation of food, the pollution of air and water, and the medical practice of inducing poisons in the form of “antibiotics” and toxic drugs into people, the onslaught against the microbe took place. The very sickness the antibiotics were created to fight off were being created by the acidic anaerobic bacteria feeding foods industrialization brought on.
With the new industrialized standard American diet (SAD), we now had a long standing recipe and blue print for cellular disaster in place. The tyranny of the matter is this, as commercially manufactured processed foods and antibiotics promote the growth of yeast and Candida in the body, the intestinal lining becomes less and less capable of absorbing water, nutrients and minerals, and you have to eat until your body is sedated because you can no longer hear the plea of starvation from the cells. If the body does not get enough nutrients it does not signal to stop eating. So when you mix intestinal mal-absorbance with foods that are full of nutritionally empty calories that spike your blood sugar and drop you so you become hungrier than you were before you ate them, you end up being an eating machine. Now in this light it is quite easy to understand obesity. Obese people are literally starving at the cellular level and their body has gone into a state of conditioned survival mode trying to store as much energy as possible because it has felt nutritionally famished since the mal-absorbance began.
