Intestinal health is the yellow brick road to optimal health. I have experienced both sides of the fence dramatically at this point in my life so experiential truth is a foundation. I only find it fitting to share from this stance concerning all elements of The EcoAerobic Way.

 

There is an onslaught, in fact a seeming war that has unintentionally been waged on the friendly aerobic microbe living inside of the intestinal tract of us humans. We walk through life with the mute button on our cellular communication. This mute button is a mutation of acidic glutenous anaerobic ( unfriendly) mucuzoid plaque. This plaque layers itself and collects over the intestinal villas lining which is our intuitive health faculty designed to prompt you as to exactly what your body needs and when it needs it. Without this intuitive cellular communication taking place between the intestines and brain we become hosts to a parasite party. Now, yes most think immediately when the word parasite is brought up worms or tape worms, and yes that can become a factor also if your intestinal ecology is over run with anaerobic bacteria and you are making poor eating decisions or live with an animal. More so what we are meaning here when we say parasite is anything living off of anything else which causes a reduction of life force. When anaerobic bacteria have successfully taken over your intestinal ecology they are reducing your life force in multitudes of ways. While they themselves grow from thriving colonies to bacteria to parasitic fungus and molds.

 

 

How do unfriendly bacteria rob your health and reduce your life? They become the surrogate signal maker and sender to your nervous and neurological system concerning what you are drawn to eat. Simply put,......... THEY START PUPPETTING YOU through your eating cravings and attractions to keep themselves alive. You find yourself cranky and anxious even when the daily dose of refined sugars or gluten filled breads or pastas aren't consumed to keep the anaerobic bacteria life cycle secure. When you become completely ecoaerobic and break your addictions to these foods on the microbial level you begin to ask yourself, how you could I have been such a helpless hostage. Cravings, programs and anaerobic intestinal patterns get broken. When these patterns are broken because of optimal intestinal ecology the pattern will remain broken at the level of your neurological and nervous systems. Which then filters down into healthy aerobic ecology eating habits and signals from your body. Will these eating patterns remain healthy? Do you want to feel vital and health free? Then YES!! As a matter of fact we have found that when people have a thriving aerobic bacteria ecology the foods they used to eat when they had bad ecology are not appealing at all to the taste anymore. When the unconscious eating patterns and programs are taken over by thriving growing friendly aerobic bacteria in your intestines things considered by some as miraculous occur. Toxins are detoxified from the body, you get your energy back and YES you loose those pounds of toxic fat you've been trying to loose for so long..... You also don't smell as foul in every way..... and yes you can start to smell people who have bad intestinal ecology in a new way unfortunately.

 

 

Being able to wake up in the morning and feel the resonance of vitality and life in every cell is important to us. If we all could experience this again as cognitive adults it would be recognized and cherished much more than when we were really young kids and had symbiotic intestines. Ecology is the relationship between an organism and its environment. Unfortunately in the beginning our intestinal environment is something we just have to accept and live with invisibly due to suggestive conditioning inherited from our parents. We simply have no choice what the dietary make up is going to be in the family we are raised in. We have no say over what medications or antibiotics we are given when we become sick as kids. In a sense we are getting bitten by the hand that feeds us. Not that its all our parents fault because they could blame it on their parents to and all the way up the line....... LISTEN, the cycle is something that spirals so high it is embedded in our DNA. We call it... The way of the anaerobic DNA. This inheritance is not worthy of us any longer and we have the ability to reclaim our intestinal health permanently and step out of the industrious dark ages of health dominated by anaerobic bacteria choices.

 

Your ecology can become over run by many different factors, yet it's usually many factors all at once for an endured amount of time. The consumption of junk food, empty calorie carbohydrates such as potatoes chips or grain bread, alcohol, inorganic pesticide ridden fruits and vegetables, antibiotics, pharmazooticals, hormone filled meats and dairy products, municipal tap water, gluten and yeast all contribute to usurping your healthy intestinal ecology. Radiation, stress,birth control pills and air pollutants also contribute to unhealthy intestinal ecology.

 

My anaerobic vice was always bagels with cream cheese and cereal. I would eat the bagels by the bag and the cereal by the box. My intestines were so over run by Candida yeast microbes I would not use the restroom #2 for a week at a time.... NOT EVEN KNOWING it was unnatural. It did not help when I went vegan. I became the grain and soy king. If I listened hard enough I could of probably heard the yeasty boys in my intestines praising my name the first time the classic vegan wheat meat on all grain wheat bread came down the hatch. I remember I was doing a lot of meditation type work at the time of going vegan and I thought often the lack of energy I was experiencing was because I was mellowed out from the internal work I was doing. It was actually from the internal work the anaerobes where doing from the low energy foods I was eating and feeding them. Nutrients were not absorbing into my bloodstream for two reasons. The first was that the yeast and gluten foods in large amounts for years on top of bouts of pharmazooticals had created a resin on the receptive villas lining which carries nutrients to the blood before the line of the colon. The other reason I was not absorbing nutrients into my blood and felt all ungrounded and aloofly tired was that there was no mineral or nutrient value contained in this cooked vegan starchy diet starting from the ground up. I felt absolutely no vital magnetic charge in my body.

 

 

My head would always ache, I would feel dehydrated, My feet smelled horrible like vinegar almost when they would sweat. My stomach had this strange poof in it that was typically larger on the left side then the right, skin eruptions galore and bad breathe. I began devoting my time to the pursuit of health and was not long before we got our first blood cell analysis done and discovered large amounts of fungus and yeast in the bloodstream. The diagnosis from the analyst was the first time I heard the word Candida albicans. We immediately switched from wheat to soy and rice=). I went absolutely neurotic buying every little parasite cleanse and herbal tincture on the market. I would take friendly bacteria supplements in capsules and “pearls” and everything else to no physical avail. Next came the colon hydrotherapy and internal body cleanses administered by a naturopathic doctor. The funny thing looking back was that not one N.D. I spoke to about health ever placed much focus on the importance of healthy small intestines and intestinal aerobic bacteria dominated ecology. The only method I did ever administered on myself back then was a sea salt water flush which was messy and bloating,............ How far we have come !!!

 

 

What do you do when you have spent years trying to use the bathroom regularly and not feel moldy? You stumble into the raw foods movement and drink some rejuvelac and eat some vege-kraut and fermented seed and nut cheeses. Could not have come at a better time!! I remember drinking fresh fermented rejuvelac in the beginning and feeling a sense of peace over ride my anxious foggy Candida induced mental state. Interestingly also it would give me bursts of clean energy. This was the preliminary introduction of friendly aerobic bacteria to my intestinal system.
