Some find that the use of the Chlorella in the smoothies is intense on their body and the have a little abreaction to it such as burping up a kinda Chlorella taste. Everyone of us are at our own distinct place in health and body ecology. The human body has the intelligence inside of it once you have turned your ability to communicate and listen to the bodies naturally present signal messages you will know when to eat certain foods and when you might want to cut back on certain foods. The Super food smoothies WE make are low in Clear blue agave nectar extremely rich in Chlorella and ground berry seed flours and Goji berries. There are some smoothies I will add 5 Tablespoons of Chlorella to and then 2 shots of biodynamically grown and juiced wheat grass to the equation. There are days when I might want a calming alkaline feeling in my body so I will add an inch or two of fresh ginger to my smoothies or make alkaline living lemonade with structured water, organic lemons, living salts and clear blue agave nectar. There are times while making my daily Ecoaerobic super food smoothie and I will open the bag of Chlorella and it will smell unpleasant to me, those days I cut down or usually omit Chlorella on that day.
We all need to start somewhere even if you are just going to the grocery store and buying berries, apples and pears organic and putting them in the blender with a little water. You begin working with your body and it will work with you, a simple symbiotic relationship we feel. In the beginning if you are not making smoothies according to our recipes remember as a rule of thumb, use as much seed bearing fruits and vegetables as possible. Also look for the fruits considered low sugar fruits so you are not feeding the unfriendly anaerobic bacteria in your small intestinal tract and colon.
