EcoAerobic 20 amp smoothie recipes.

The recipies we have listed below are combinations that we have used over and over again.  Our focus was and is, to design recipies that not only meet the criteria of being highly nutritious but also to taste good.  If it doesn't taste good, it is easy to find an excuse not to do it.

As your body ecology changes, your tastes will change and your body will demand nutrient dense foods instead of empty calorie foods.  In the plant world, mineral content and sugar content go up at the same rate so when we check our fruits and vegetables with a refractometer or brix meter, we can know that when the sugar content is high the mineral content is also high.  A sweeter piece of fruit will always have a higher mineral content than a not so sweet piece.  When you eat a piece of fruit that is "blah" you can be sure it has a low mineral content and was grown in mineral depleted soil.   

Your body craves minerals and it knows the correlation between minerals and sugar.  That is why people who have a "sweet tooth" are usually mineral deficient.  Their body is really craving minerals that are found in high brix foods. You will be amazed at what you will crave after your body gets used to real nutrient dense food and superfoods like the ones in the following recipies.

These are guidelines and are not absolutes.  Make your smoothies with what you have in your smoothie bar.  A well stocked smoothie bar will give you a multitude of combinations depending on what your body needs on any give day.  The longer you consume superfood smoothies and rebuild your intestinal flora, the more intuitive your smoothie making will be.

Ingredients:

6 oz of hemp seeds

1 tablespoon of macca root

1 pint of raspberries, blueberries, straw or blackberries, 2 pints of mixed fresh organic berries is always good

3 oz of goji berries

2 tablespoons of chlorella

3 tablespoons of coconut oil

3 tablespoons of clear agave nectar

1/2 teaspoon of small mined hymilayan salt ( not the kind you find in the health food stores)

24 to 32 oz of alkaline water

1 tablespoon of white chia seeds

1 organic apple with seeds

2 tablespoons of ground raspberry seed flour

1 1/2 to 2 tablespoons of Iridesca

1 Tablespoon of Strata Flora

 

 

Blend all ingredients on XL smoothie setting on the 20 amp blender

Every Berry Smoothie

 

1 cup young coconut water

2 cups young coconut flesh

2 to 3 cups strawberry, blueberry and raspberry

1/4 cup of goji berries

1/4 vanilla bean

1/4 cup agave

1 Tablespoon of Centrifuge raw coconut oil

 

Blend all ingredients on XL smoothie setting on your 20 amp blender. If you do not have a 20 amp and you still want to micronize all of the seeds of the berries we would suggest emailing us to learn how this can be done with a 13 to 17 amp blender.

Raw Nut Milk Shake

 

2 Large Young Coconuts

1 cup Raw Organic hempseeds or raw almonds

1/2 Tablespoon of Macca root

3 Tablespoons of clear blue agave nectar

1 teaspoon Organic Cinnamon

12 teaspoon of small mined hymilayan salt

 

Blend all ingredients on XL smoothie setting on your 20 amp blender

Alkaline Berry Tart Recipe

 

1 pint of fresh raspberries

1/2 pint of fresh blueberries

1/2 a Lemon juiced

1 Avocado

1/2 a cup of alkaline water

1/4 inch of fresh ginger

1/4 teaspoon of small mined hymilayan salt

2 tablespoons clear blue Agave nectar

 

Blend all ingredients on XL smoothie setting on your 20 amp blender

Pumkin seed smoothie-- ANTIPARASITE ALKALINE

 

1 cup raw soaked pumpkin seeds ( 8 hrs)

14 cup of white chia seeds, any chia will work though

1/2 an apple with seeds

1 tablespoon extra virgin coconut oil

¼ teaspoon allspice

¼ teaspoon cinnamon

¼ teaspoon nutmeg, freshly grated

1 teaspoon gingerroot, freshly grated

1/2 teaspoon of small mined hymilayan salt

1½ cups water

 

Blend all ingredients on XL smoothie setting on your 20 amp blender

Alkaline Vegetable Smoothie

 

2 apples, chopped

3 stalks celery, chopped

½ cucumber, chopped

½ lemon, juiced

1 thin slice of ginger

2 big handfuls of spinach

1 cup alkaline water

 

Blend all ingredients on XL smoothie setting on your 20 amp blender

By Chance Berry Cream Smoothie

 

1/2 cup hemp seeds

1/2 cup of sprouted sunflower seeds

1 cup of goji berries

1 handful strawberries

1 tsp maca or mesquite

1/4 teaspoon of small mined hymilayan salt

1/4 of vanilla bean

1/2 tsp mixed spice of your choice, I like sweet curry powder in this one.

 

Blend all ingredients on XL smoothie setting on your 20 amp blender

Fruit Fiber Super Food Smoothie

 

1 apple diced with seeds

½ cup blueberries

½ pear

1 tablespoon of coconut oil or hemp seed oil

1 tablespoon ground whole flax seeds

1 teaspoon macca root powder

1 teaspoon chlorella powder

1 cup of alkaline water

1/4 teaspoon (pinch) of small mined hymilayan salt

 

Blend all ingredients on XL smoothie setting on your 20 amp blender

Blueberry Milk

 

½ cups alkaline Water

3/4 cup of Hemp Seeds

1 tablespoon Coconut Butter

1/4 a raw vanilla bean

2 pints of fresh blueberries

3 tablespoons of clear blue agave nectar

1 pinch ( 1/4 teaspoon) of small mined hymilayan salt

1 cup of alkaline water

Hypoglycemia Smoothie

 

1 cucumber diced

1 Tablespoon of centrifuge extracted coconut oil

1 tomatoe

1 avocado

1/2 an apple diced with seeds

1/4 cup of ground blonde flax seed

1/2 cup of water

Vegetable Smoothies

 

 

With vegetable smoothies we will give you 1 complete sample recipe which you can interchange various vegetables of your choice. Vegetable smoothies have a tendency to come out a bit thick like a soup, especially when using the pit of the avocado, so add extra water to the recipe to attain your desired consistency.

 

Vegetable Smoothie

 

2 handfuls of spinach

1/2 cup of broccolli stems

1/2 a lemon with seeds

3 whole leafs of kale or swiss chard

1 Avocado with pit

1 cup of sunflower sprouts

1/2 a cucumber

1 tomatoe

1/2 a pear or apple

2 handfuls of organic parsley

1/2 a red bell pepper

2 whole carrots

2 1/2 cups of alkaline water
