Quality Water

When sitting down to write this I felt the most inspiring need to take a trip to the Ocean and really slow down and feel the element of water and take it in. In doing so it's easy to drift back into your appreciation for not only the Ocean but also the gift of water itself. The role it plays, unparalleled in its purposes on this Earth and to our bodies. I once had someone tell me the water element represents our emotions, she said water was the purifying heart of the earth and that the collective emotions of the people on the Earth would always be inevitably represented in the quality and conditions of the water on the Earth, interesting now to see all the purified water in plastic bottles and the conditions of most bodies of water on this Earth.
 
  We've all heard different figures as to how much of the physical body is made up of water. Give or receive a few percent roughly 70 percent of our body is made up of water. The Earth is made up of 70 percent water. The human body uses water for nearly every biological action and reaction that occurs within it. Without water we couldn't process nutrients from the food we eat or regenerate life on the Earth. Water yes playing such an important role on Earth, yet unlike anything else we put in or on our bodies, for its contents are typically invisible to the eye making it incredibly easy to hide poisonous toxins. Most of the deadliest chemicals and pollutants are invisible to the taste also.
 
  Not long ago we were enlightened to a website which allows a person to access the information on their local water quality. One of the major downfalls we've experienced as a species on this Earth, especially since the industrial revolution, is a steady decline in the quality of our water. Especially the water supplied to us by the governments of the world in most places. We have contaminants in the tap water that come connected to chemicals that "treat" the water, what a way to put it, treat, nice and palatable huh?
