The term Super food is thrown around today like a football. We have seen people, nutritionist even, who claim Turkey as a super food. Don't get me wrong if you are going to eat meat the lean meat of the turkey is the only one outside of raw fish that we will give any light to for health if you are bound and determined or find it necessary to animal protein, but turkey as a super food for what,..?.. the tryptophan found in it which makes you sleepy after you eat it? We have a much more filtered definition and perception of what makes a super food a super food. We base our measure of foods according to the experience energetically the food transfers into our body upon consuming them. There are some Goji berries we have tried and written off for this very reason. Our classification of food is as follows ; Processed garbage food, Regular food, Super food and Master foods.
Foods such as Chlorella, centrifuge extracted Coconut Oil, sprouted cereal grasses and sprouts and Hemp seeds are not just “Super foods” in our eyes,we consider them Master foods. These foods have never been hybridized throughout history and have very strong unaltered primitive genetics. Generally speaking Super foods are defined as foods which have a superior count of nutrients, minerals and phytochemicals contained within them. The reason we recommend consuming super foods unheated and in their raw state ( or dehydrated like goji berries or berry seeds) is for the preservation of these heat sensitive micronutrients and phytochemicals contained in these foods.
The best way we have found to intake the maximum amount of benefit from these super foods is through micro-pulverizing all the fiber of these foods through the use of a high powered blender. The reason the 20 amp blender acts the best in unlocking all the nutrient potential while making super food smoothies is due to the fact the powerful motor and large 4 inch blade breaks the super foods to the smallest particle quickly. When you can micronize super foods in one blending cycle you avoid the heat that is produced (especially by Coconut oil) if you have to keep the blend going to overcompensate for a weaker motor blender.
Even with out a blender you can just keep containers of Chlorella, hemp seeds, coconut oil and goji berries with you any where you go. You can add Chlorella to your structured alkaline water in the morning and enjoy its benefit all day. My super foods distributor will eat it by the spoonful. Some people have to introduce Super foods into their system, especially Chlorella, into their system gradually for it can have powerful affect.
