The question we get asked the most is how do we get our sugars and what do we eat in place of high glycemic index sugars which feed unfriendly anaerobic bacteria. Our answer and solution is Clear blue agave nectar. Agave nectar has a low glycemic index which allows it to be consumed without raising the blood sugar tremendously.
